Privacy and HIPAA Compliance: The Clinic is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and complying with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations. Any personal information you provide on the website will be treated in accordance with the Clinic’s Privacy Policy and HIPAA compliance standards.

Communications: If you provide a cellular telephone number to the Clinic, you hereby authorize representatives of the Clinic to contact by voice or text communications.  The Clinic will not charge you for any SMS messages, however standard message rates may apply and you will need to contact your cellphone or text provider for more information.

Frequency:  The Clinic will only text your cellular telephone to deliver reminders for each of your appointments with the Clinic.  Our current policy is to notify by text the day before your appointment.  This policy is subject to change.

OPT Out:  In the event that you decide that you no longer wish to receive text communications from the Clinic, please reply to a text from the Clinic with “Opt Out” to cease text communications or notify the Clinic by email at: ann@nashvilleacupuncture.com with OPT Out in the subject line.

User Information: When using the Clinic’s website, you may be required to provide certain personal or health-related information. By providing such information, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of this information as outlined in the Clinic’s Privacy Policy and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
